RED D●T "H" Beam Tunnel Type range of machines is design to shot blast various sizes of “H” beam, “C” channel etc.

It is an automatic system whereby the entire length of Steel beam sitting on the roller conveyor are fed through the blasting chamber equips blast wheels strategically position to ensure maximum coverage of the blast zone. The steel beam are therefore homogeneously blasted all around.

This is a well proven heavy duty in-line system that is most suitable for production floor in the construction industries, marine, off-shore oil & gas industries etc.

A complete setup would include; Rollers conveyors, Blasting chamber, Abrasives recovery system, Abrasives separator & Storage hopper. Abrasives blower off, Dust collector
