Detailed Product Description

Jonsen’s machine of SG1600 series, with the maximum working width is 1580mm. It is specially designed for the work piece and coiled sheet over 1219mm wide. Wet abrasive belt combined with non-woven fabric brush enables a distinct grain, fine feel and high finish to the work piece. It is also able to work with the winding and unwinding machine to form a grinding line for coiled sheet, which is possible to bring an excellent finish even to the sheet as thin as 0.5mm. It is recommended to be the suitable equipment for surface grain treatment.
