Jonsen SG630 series is suited for the grinding of plate product. The maximum working width can be up to 600mm, the minimum working length should be no less than 300mm and the maximum working thickness is 100mm. As the machine model adopts more than six patents, it is superior in the technical aspects. For example, it adopts the inertia belt control technical, the machine can perform straightforward silking and no transverse can be made. All the wet and dry machine can bring perfect effect. Its super stable 4 pillar conveyor table is better than some modal abroad. If it is used for the processing punched and cut plate products, we suggest you do the smooth with straitening machine first that you will get a satisfied result.
   
Both the production quantity and your plant size can not affect its performance. As your deburring and finishing needs grow and become more complicated, you need SG1300 series you can count on. For the SG1300-2WJS,the working width of this machine is 1300mm. It is specially used in grinding 1220mm-wide work pieces. The 2200mm-long belt makes it possible to prolong its replacement cycle and improve its efficiency. Cylinder feeding system enables it to grind the work pieces as thin as 0.5mm. Therefore it is ideally suited for stainless steel surface treatment. Machines for rolled materials are to be made to customers’ orders.
