Product Description
Cast steel shots are commonly called steel shots, shots, steel grains, chrome molybdenum alloy steel shots, and are the substitutes for cast iron shots and iron shots. They are used as the metal abrasives in the shot blasting machines, shot blasting cleaners, shot blasting cleaning equipment, shot peening machines, shot peening and blasting, shot peening equipment, sand blasting machines, sand blasting equipment, steel pretreatment product lines, steel plate pretreatment product lines, and steel structure pretreatment product lines, of the types such as rollers, chains, lift hooks, caterpillar chains, pass-through, revolving tables, power&free, stepping, and machine pallets.
This product adopts the raw material scrap steel which is carefully chosen, is added with rare metals and the alloy with the best proportion, and is transformed into steel grains through electric furnace smelting and modern equipment producing. In the process of the liquid metal forming steel grains, its chemical composition and granularity are strictly controlled through many times' electric heating treatment and automatic screen classification, in order to guarantee that its mechanical properties conform to various kinds of usages.
Our company has the most strict quality management in every production link of the steel shots, and the steel shots produced have strict internal organization, are difficult to be broken, have evenly distributed granularity, proper hardness degree, strong impact resistance and long life. They also have the characteristics of good rebound, high cleaning speed, and low consumption amount in usage, which can achieve the effects of shortening the treatment time, improving treatment amount and reducing production costs.
