Dafeng Ming Xiang Steel Shot Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer which produces many kinds of metal abrasives, and is located in Jiangsu Dafeng City, the hometown of elks, in the seashore area of China’s Yellow Sea. The city is located in the coastal opening area in eastern China, and belongs to Shanghai economic region, where the traffic is very convenient. The city is 5 km away


from the coastal highway, and 217 km from Shanghai (2hours’ car distance). It’s also an emerging port city, Dafeng port is 250 sea miles from Shanghai port, 490 sea miles from Chinhuangtao port and 420 sea miles from Busan port in South Korea.

Our company has strong technical strength, and dozens of professional technicians. With advanced manufacturing equipment like medium frequency induction furnace and centrifugal blasting machine, use selected scrap steel and pig iron with low S and P as the basic furnace materials, we mainly produces three large series of cast steel shot, cast steel grit and steel cut wire shot, and totally more than 30 specifications of metal abrasive products. The annual production is more than 10,000 tons, and our products are widely applicable in the painting dressing, sand cleaning， rust removing and surface treatment of the departments such as metallurgy, mines, electric power, spaceflight, aviation, nuclear energy, ships, military industry, mechanism, bridges, metal structures, stone material cutting, etc.

To guarantee high quality products, our company has imported the fatigue life experimental machine from Owen Company in the USA, to run life tests to our products. At the same time, based on the measurements to the chemical composition of the products, the quality all reaches the relative standard of USA (SAE), therefore, our clients’ manufacturing costs are greatly reduced, and we have gained good comments from the users.
