PCD ( Polycrystalline Diamond) is manufactured by sintering micron size diamond particles ( typically 10 micron ) to form a solid large intergrown mass of diamond suitable for cutting tool elements , wire drawing dies and wear part surfaces. It is normally bonded to a tungsten carbide substrate to enable manufacturers to bond the PCD to tool holding systems.

2. Rounds up to 75mm diameter
3. Grades available from nano to 40 micron
4. Overall Thickness from 1.0 to 8.0mm
5. Diamond layer from 0.3mm to 1.5mm
