Encore's specialist Dry Cores have been developed over many years and are available in three standard bonds - DC/F, DC/SP. The DC/F has been designed for medium to hard brick and block. The DC/HF has been designed for very hard brick and the DC/SP has been developed for use on extremely hard engineering brick.
The DC/SP is created using pattern diamond which is uniform rows of diamond grit in the metal bond giving this unique core a longer cutting life, a faster cutting speed and a more consistent performance.
Please note that dry drilling is not suitable to for very hard engineering brick or concrete - These applications are a wet applications. If you would like to discuss which cores are suitable for your application, do let us know.
The DC/F Dry Cores are available as standard in the diameters listed below in a standard length of 150mm, excluding 22mm & 28mm, which are 300mm. Again, if you require a different diameter, effective length or fitting, please do contact us at anytime.
