Encore's premium quality Wet Core Drills for apshalt have been developed through continued in situ testing with core drilling specialists. These premium quality diamond core drills use 'Roof Top' segments designed to help initiate the first cut before the segments have fully 'opened up'.
The WCD Black for drilling abrasive materials like asphalt are available as standard in the sizes listed below. These cores are 450mm effective length as standard, if you require a different size, please choose from the 'Option' drop box.
Please note, threads for wet cores follow an industry standard related to diameter. Wet Cores 52mm diameter and smaller traditionally have an 1/2" (M) thread and any cores larger than 65mm have 1 1/4 UNC (F). We also offer a range of adaptors to enable our cores to be used on machines with special fittings.
