PROFILE
In March of 1988, EA Engineered Abrasives Inc was incorporated as a new Canadian company. The founding fathers of this company, had already accumulated almost 50 years of experience in Sales, Engineered Application and management in the abrasive industry. In the formative beginning years of this new organization, this experience was a pre-eminent factor in the establishement of a Canadian market and the subsequent growth of the company.

The Mission of the newly formed organization was to bring the best of the various World-Class suppliers to the Canadian Industrial Abrasive Consumer with the intention of improving productivity and total cost reduction, and to grind or finish products from such materials as wood or glass to sophisticated metals and ceramics.

The Klingspor Partnership
The first and most significant business alliance established by the Principals of EA Engineered Abrasives was with Klingspor GMBH, a large multinational supplier of coated abrasives products and grinding discs. Klingspor celebrated 100 years of Excellence and service of abrasive products in 1993.

At EA Engineered Abrasives Inc, we have taken a great deal of pride in this partnership as we have watched it thrive and grow in the 10 years of our existence.

The partnership with Klingspor led to other significant alliances with major manufacturers such as Winterthur Rappold from Switzerland in Austria, BiBiElle Abrasives of Italy, U.S Diamond of Illinois, U.S.A., Milacron, Tyrolit, Radiac in Illinois and Anderson Wire Wheel Products of Worcester, Massachusets, U.S.A.

EA Engineered Abrasives markets its products through a wide network of industrial distributors from coast to coast.
