The objective, from the very start of the company, was to manufacture finished and semi finished products by the metallurgy of powders, comprising noble abrasives such as natural and synthetic industrial diamond and carbide and boron nitride, based on the local historical expertise on the matter: indeed the globalisation of markets, the concentration of the traditional centres of production, the relocation of these production centres and often their research centre, if not the disappearance of those, and the takeover by foreign groups of leading companies in this field, lead directly to the disappearance of invaluable know-how.
