Our company was founded in 1984 as an international supplier of a wide range of
Power Transmission and Technical Rubber Products,Steel Pipes and abrasive
Cutting and Grinding products.

During the years we expanded our delivery program for a most important indusrial
sector, the Oil and Gas Industry (e.g.On-and Off-Shore pipelines) as well as for
shipyards,container-/tank/rail-waggons construction etc.

In order to give our customers a best service and to satisfy their demand we have
separated our business in two segments: Power Tranmission & Rubber Products and Abrasive Technic & Welding Engineering.
