Luoyang YUANNING Refractory and Abrasive Material Technology Co., Ltd.（“YN-RAMATEC”） is located in Luoyang, Henan province, the place ranking as the biggest refractory manufacturing base in China. Benefiting from the rich reserve of the high quality raw materials as well as the leading technique and talents strength, YN-RAMATEC is given full drive to expansion and development.
We not only involve ourselves exclusively in manufacturing but also focus on and invest in the R&D field to bring more competitive edge to our products and service. Besides the office in downtown, “YN-RAMATEC” also has a R&D center in Luoyang and five manufacturing bases in Yichuan county, Luoyang. At present, we have 10 professional technicians taking care of the refractory process as well as the related QC, among whom there are 2 senior engineers. As regards to the equipment setting, we have different series for processing bauxite and brown fused alumina, including:
- 2 set fixed furnace for processing raw material
- 2 set dumping furnace for processing raw material
- 4 production lines equipped with automatic-operated double roll crusher and Barmac crusher
- 7 sets of Raymond mill
- 4 sets of air filter equipment
- 1 production line for the incineration of the brown fused alumina and bauxite with different specification
The annual output of our factory amounts to 60,000 tons, covering bauxite and brown fused alumina in different specification, as per the requirement of the customers.

Owing to the outstanding quality and service, our products have been supplied to different markets, both domestic and overseas. Internally, our clients scatter widely spanning the whole country from Liaoning Province to Guangdong Province, covering Hubei, Jiangsu, Henan and Shanxi; externally, YN refractory and abrasive materials now have been exported to America, Austria, Russia, India, Japan, Turkey, Mexico etc., totally more than 20
