1) Introduction about Factory
Founded in 2004, as a large-scale professional and international enterprise, Sapwells’ factory is specialized in research, development and production of diamond tools. Located in Zhengzhou Hi-tech Development Zone, the factory is close to the leading enterprise of super hard material industry base in China. As a modern factory, Sapwells’ factory equipped with world top-ranking German Dr. Fritsch Full Automatic Laser Welding Production Line. High quality raw material, modern production equipment and advanced processing technology had won us good reputation in the world.
2) Quality Assurance (QA) & Quality Control (QC)
Quality aim: keep quality of products the first place. All the products produced by Sapwells have been processed through strictly inspection. From the select of high quality raw material、 processing technology、inspection of finish products、packing、the storage and delivery, every process has been executed according to QA & QC standard.
The passing test for finished products reach at least 98%, no returns and counterclaim on our products.
