Changshu Juli Grinding Wheel Co., Ltd is located in the east suburbs of the Changshu City.Connecting closely with Yanjiang Expressway,it enjoys
an easy transportation because it is only 70 kilometers awayfrom Shanghai.The company was founded in 1974.(The former is named Changshu
City Grinding Wheel Factory,and it restructured itself in 1996).
Covering an area of 18668 M2 and a construction area of 11232 M2 and a construction area of 8000 M2,the company now boasts a total employee
number of more than 130.anmong which 20 are technical persons.With a long history,strong technical power,advanced equipment excellent manu-facturing techniques,the company is rankedas one of the top companies in China’s machine tool industry.Ourproducts areselected as brand name
products in Suzhou and creditable quality products in Jiangsu Province.
Our main products have four series:
(1)Vitrified abrasive:external diameter≤1100mm,thickness≤400mm,grain size:16#-W45#,linear velocity≤60m/s.
(2)Grinding wheel for steel ball abrasion:external diameter:800-900mm,
thickness:100-120mm
(3)Rubber bond grinding wheel and guide wheel:It adopts the technology of moulded sulfuration,the hardness can reach S Grade and it is good
inelasticity.The externaldiameter≤600mm,thickness≤400mm,grain size:80#-W28#.
(4)The manmad diamond grinding wheel is applied to machine hard alloy,optical glass,semiconductor material,synthetic cut stone,ceramics,agate,
jade,granite,marble and other hard materials.It is high in hardness,good in quality.The workpieces machined by diamond grinding wheel feature high
production efficiency and high surfaceroughness.
The aperture of grinding wheel canbe custom-made as requested by customers.
Over years of investment on technical innovation,presently the company possesses 10hydraulic presses of various kinds,among which the biggest
tonnage is 3000T.And the company also has a 50-M3 computerized automated temperature-
controlled drawer kiln and 6 sets of hydraulic Shuttle Kilns,as well 5 sets of rubber fining
