the CC-110 is the largest, most powerful floor saw in the UK. It is seen here cutting to a depth of 750mm to prepare for the removal of a motorway bridge deck over the Great Western Railway. Using a large diameter saw blade, it can cut to a depth of 820mm. It was purchased and imported by us from the United States especially for this project.

Floor Sawing or Flat Sawing is a quick, precise, dust free operation, used to create accurate, straight cuts in reinforced concrete or asphalt.

Using one of our turbo diesel high output floor saws, depths of 820mm are achievable in outdoor areas such asmotorways, airport runways and taxiways, other roadwaysand frequently, bridge decks.

We would normally use an electric floor saw for indoor areas where noise and fumes are hazardous, in particular,hospitals, supermarkets and production facility floor slabs.
