Features/Benefits

  • Superior peel-away paper backing protects adhesive coating from exposure to dust and moisture.
  • Smooth coating of specially formulated adhesive withstands high frictional heat, provides longer disc life and guarantees a secure bond between the disc and the holder pad.
  • Consistent "hugging" and flex characteristic of the evenly applied adhesive coating results in a consistent grinding, sanding and polishing action when working on any surface, flat or contoured.

Safety Recommendations

  • As with conventional abrasive discs, best performance is achieved only if the proper back-up pad is used (see Marvel's listing of P.S.A. Disc Holder Pads).
  • To change a disc, first remove the used disc. Then press the adhesive side of the used disc against 50% of the liner of the new disc. Use the edge of the used disc as a handle to remove the backing of the new disc.
