 FOGANG squaring wheels can be classified as continuous type and segmented type. The continuous squaring wheel takes the advantages as: no breaking, no chipping. The squaring wheel can be classified by sharpness as 3 grits: rough, medium and fine. It can be used for all kinds of polished tile, vitrified tile, rustic tile and glazed tile for wet and dry squaring.  

  1. Normal outer diameter: 　Φ200 Φ250 Φ300
  2. Normal inner holes:  Φ80  Φ140 
  3. Normal fixing hole centering distance:  Φ110　 Φ105　　Φ165
  4. Segment size: 　22*10*15    39*8*15　　25*９*13

 

 The working life time for polished tile, is around 5—8 days, which can make the 

 squaring of 50,000—80,000 sq.m. For glazed tile, the working life time can be

 around 15—20 days for the squaring of 200,000—350,000 sq.m . The working life

 time of dry type squaring wheel can be around 40 days. The life time may vary

 due to the changes of tile hardness, water absorption, line speed, cutting size,

 and motor performance.

 

 Continuous segmented type squaring wheel is another invention of our company,

  it composes the advantages of continuous type and segmented type squaring

 wheels, without breaking, but with good sharpness, high precision and stable

 rotating.
