Sewed with sisal and cloth, cloth sisal polishing wheel is traditional and widely used. It can be installed on different polishing machines, attaching different polishing wax (such as purple wax and yellow wax) for polishing different metal materials, flat surface and cambered surface. Soft cloth of wheel is for absorbing polishing wax so as to protect work piece clean, sisal for good cutting force.
Pressed with many pieces of sisal wheels with glue or fixed with nails , pressed wheel has longer life and stronger cutting
force. It is suitable in middle polishing steps for polishing stainless steel, die casting iron, and die casting steel.
Adding oil treatment based on the pure sisal polishing wheel, this wheel has stronger cutting force and longer using life,
specially for polishing super hard metals such as stainless steel, die casting iron, and other die casting metal materials.
Consists of sisal layers, particularly used for first stage heavy duty polishing operations on steel and non-ferrous metals, also for removing grinding marks left from previous abrasive operations on stainless steel.
