Our clients can avail from us Flap Wheels, which are used for deburring, cleaning and finishing purposes. These abrasive tools are used for grinding and polishing of channels, small openings, small diameter convex and concave surfaces, channels and recessed areas on different surfaces. These wheels are made using coated abrasive flaps. With a strong flexible resilient adhesive, these flaps are reinforced at the centre. As flaps wear away evenly in use, the Flap Wheels are non-loading and non dulling. Hence, consistent finish can be attained in uniform rate of cut. In order to manufacture these wheels, we use resin bonded aluminium oxide cloth.
