AA Abrasives Deburring and Finishing Convolute wheels are made from the latest advancement in convolute wheel product design. Our deburring and finishing wheels are unmatched in deburring and edge radiusing for a variety of sharp edged parts. Their construction consists of nonwoven material, which is wrapped around a core to varying diameters. They are excellent for blending grains, removing light metal discoloration and producing fine consistent finishes. AA Abrasives Deburring and Finishing wheels are excellent on ferrous and nonferrous metals and are non-smearing and waterproof. The construction of the newest generation of these wheels provides a much cleaner and safer operation, which greatly reduces nuisance dust from expended abrasives. Our Deburring and Finishing wheels are used in many different off-hand and automatic deburring and finishing applications including centerless polishing. Be sure to administer proper RPM when using these wheels.
