The industrial possibilities of the "PA" allow to issue powders of the marks AC4 and AC6 in the correspondence with national and FEPA, ANSI, IDA, DIN standards, and also on any requests of the Customer.
We use system of chemical clearing permitting to reduce the contents of impurities and fireproof residual up to 0,2 - 0,5 % for all range of powders. It allows to use our diamond powders absolutely in all areas of industry: Waxing and polishing, optics, electronics, diamond tools, super finish surfaces. The quality of production is ensured with the organized monitoring system with the help of modern equipment, and also long-term experience of staff. At the given stage the company makes up to 20 mln. Carat micro and submicro- and grinding powders per year.
Synthetic diamond micro and submicropowders of the marks ACM and ACH represent polycrystals and aggregates with the developed surface. The powders of the mark ACM are recommended for processing of rigid fragile not metal materials, all metals, including non-ferrous metals and the alloys on their basis, where are required high strength and minimum grain of the treated surface.
