Jean buffs are made of high quality cotton jeans buffs disc, because the plies of jean cloth are sewn together spirally, the wheel becomes much harder and more pressure can be exerted on it. These buffs are effective finishing tools for ferrous and non-ferrous metals, plastics, and other materials.
