Our Abrasive Nylon Fine-Blanking Disc brushes are designed for stationary finishing machines. These brushes also fit European machines including Volbhag, Niederberger and Peter Wolters.
We offer over 19 standard Abrasive Nylon Fine-Blanking Disc brushes with CeramiX™ and Silicon Carbide filament and various different specifications to meet any of your application needs. Different sizes and styles can be manufactured upon request.
Our Abrasive Nylon Disc brushes are ideal for deburring and edge radiusing on fine-blanked parts and polishing machined parts and surfaces. The brushes consistently have a longer brush life, faster cycle times and increased throughput than other nylon brushes.
