PDC(Polycrystalline Diamond Compact) cutter consists of a thin layer of diamond bonded to a tungsten carbide substrate, manufactured in several styles and shapes to suit specific applications.
PDC cutter combines the highest hardness & abrasive resistance of diamond and toughness of tungsten carbide. It can be applied for drilling &coring bits for drilling rocks of soft to medium hardness.
