Xinfa tool room grinding wheels catered to Bench Grinding, low speed snagging and various other general purpose application. Those wheels are made of Brown Aloxides (A) with bonds V10 & V877, thus providing high stock removal rate.
Silicon Carbide grains are also available in Green (GC) and combination (CGC). Silicon Carbide abrasives are harder than aluminum oxide which makes them adapt for grinding low tensile materials like tungsten carbide, gray iron unannealed malleable iron and non-ferrous materials with bond (VG).
Description and applications:
1) Straight Vitrified wheels used for off-hand tools sharpening and grinding. Common settings bor bench pedestal grinders are in maintenance departments, tools and die shops and metal fabrication shops.
2) A-Aluminum Oxide for general purpose off-hand works.
3) GC-Green Silicon carbide for non ferrous metals, tungsten carbide for sharpening carbide tools intools rooms.
