Product Description:
Abrasive flap disc is the disc made by multiple layers of aluminum oxide resin bond flaps and smaller fiberglass backing constantly expose new sharp points to the work surface.
These flaps are laminated by state-of-the-art automated equipment to a reinforced fiberglass backing that wears with the flaps and will not damage the workpiece. This enables the operator the use of the entire disc for a greater efficiency. Each disc is balance tested and will not vibrate, providing a smooth cutting, long lasting sanding tool.
