GC type graphite cloth Graphite Coated Canvas - Standard Type (GC) is the main raw material of natural flake graphite with 99.99%. Graphite through liquid glue immersion coating (after heating the glue more easily into the graphite flake), into the water so that the glue curing, drying, and finally cut into the size of customer requirements. GC type graphite cloth with lubrication high, suitable for various light ordinary sander.
In the selection of graphite materials, graphite GC cloth all use lubricating the best natural flake graphite, with a flexible glue, made with graphite coating, flexible and lubrication of the good cheap price, can be applied to various sander, compared with heavy graphite cloth, use only the heavy sanding machine, because heat resistance is weak, so the short life.
HD type graphite cloth Graphite Coated Canvas - Heavy Duty (HD) is the main raw material of natural graphite flake graphite and 99.99% by solid particles. First in the fabric coated adhesive, by squeezing the graphite particles penetrate into the adhesive, drying. Finally, cut into the size of customer requirements. HD type graphite cloth has a very high wear resistance, and high temperature resistance, long service life, heavy sanding machine is suitable for sand particleboard density board.
Because of the friction coefficient of HD graphite cloth compared to the GC type graphite cloth, therefore, does not recommend the use of ordinary sand machine type HD graphite cloth.
In the selection of graphite materials, the use of the process of flake graphite and graphite particle composite, the graphite particles are expensive, complex production process is difficult, so the cost is high, HD graphite cloth prices higher, HD graphite cloth in the production process, the use of a heat resistance and adhesive strength higher glue, therefore, this type of the product is especially suitable for the heavy sanding machine, also can be applied to other kinds of sanding machine.
