STM-PS Automatic vertical sand-blasting machine is equipped with three automatic sand-blasting guns, and one manual
sandblasting gun.it is controlled by PLC programmable controller, all parameter of glass can be displayed by man
machine interface screen. It is suitable for the processing of sand blasted glass in large scale.The manual sandblasting gun can be used for sand blasting of single piece. There is a transducer for controlling the sand-blasting gun moving and glass transporting,the speed is adjustable.
The machine is equipped with dust-removing device, which can automatically collect dust that be produced in the process of sand blasting, thus making the operation area clean all time. Put a piece of glasseon the trasporting guide rail ,then input the value of the size of glass in the interface screen ,then the machine will start to prcess the glass automatically. It is very easy to operate.
