CUMI single rib grinding wheels have the following main features:
- reduction in dressing depth and dressing frequency (resulting in wheel life increase);
- increase in dresser life due to reduced wear;
- excellent profile retention;
- lesser grinding cycle time.
CUMI single rib grinding wheels are used both in conventional machinery (Niles, Hoefler, Maag) than in CNC grinders (Gleason, Pfauter, Samputensili, Hoefler, Niles).
Spiral Ring Crown gear and Spiral Pinion Bevel gear may be worked by cup wheels that we can offer either pre-profiled or not profiled.
