Application:
1. Silicon Carbide is mainly used in Electric Furnace and Cupola. It is a kind of deoxidizer used in Casting and Steelmaking Industry. (These factories of Special Steel, Stainless Steel, T-steelmaking, G-steelmaking, K-steelmaking can use it).
2. Silicon Carbide can raise the heat temperature in the furnaces, Shorten the melting time, Improving output, And it can take effect in adding the Carbon, Oxidizing, Increasing the content of Silicon, Raising the temperature etc.
3. Silicon Carbide is also a cost-saving substitute for Ferro Silicon, Due to its cost advantages, fast reaction speed and no dust pollution during putting into the furnaces. It can save the electric energy and shorten the work time. So it is a new way in steelmaking process.
