Silicon Carbide

Silicon carbide, a synthetic raw materials, the Si02 content of not less than 97% natural silica (silica sand) and coke (or anthracite) as the basic raw material, add a pinch of salt and wood chips, 2000-2500 ~ C temperature resistance furnace in the synthesis.
