Description:
AEMTT is a kind of light blue medium bulk density fused Brown Aluminum Oxide abrasive specially heat-treated under carefully controled time and atmosphere, the heating temperature is lower than AEHTT.
The heating and cooling process is to renovate the crack on the surface and interior of grain crystal and then to improve the toughness and durability of the grains.
As a tough and strong abrasive, AEMTT can bring rapid stock removal with minimal abrasive wear, its cost is lower than AEHTT.
Applications:
AEMTT is recommended for resin-bonded applications where a fast cutting and extra tough abrasive is desired.
