Operation Instructions:
1. Place the plastic tip on the end of the sharpening rod on a solid surface. Apply sufficient downward pressure to avoid slipping during use.
2. Place heel of your blade at the top of sharpening rod at preferred angle.(Most knives are sharpened to an approximately 20 degree angle.)
General speaking ,once a week or using everyday to keep Sharp.
3)Push the knife down the rod while pulling the knife towards you from the heel to the tip of the blade.
