The Valve Lapping Machine has advanced step less speed-regulating grinding disk, adopts mechanical eccentric type to perform rotation. The machine has many characters such as hydraulic auto lifting spiral arm, auto clamp of work piece and random adjust angle of valve. Convenient operation, complete function, flexible structure, advance technique, high automation. The machine can fulfill the loop surface sealing and grinding of valve seat and valve flap. The precision can be: sealing surface with roughness of 1.6 (hardness is HRC36-50), after refined processing for 15-30mins it can be 0.4. the goodness of fit can more than 80%.
Proved by practice, not only the technical requirements of valve grinding meet the standard, but also improve the working efficiency and reduce labor intensity greatly. It is appraised and adored by valve makers, petrochemical and repairing industry.
Work principle and structure
YFJ-W type grinder is composed of three parts: hydraulic system, mechanical system and electric controlled system. Input the pressure into each hydraulic system through hydraulic oil pump, perform work and control of height, travel and angle. The lifting of spiral arm is executed by hydraulic cylinder, the height can be chosen. Main axis rotating speed can be driven by transmission step lessly. Worktable has two auto clamp devices, driven by hydraulic cylinder directly. Two claws are forced evenly and reliably.The axial movement of claws adopts lever principle, the two claws moves axially synchronistically, and the character is compact structure and stable working. The grinding pot can be used with both front and back surface. Front surface is composed of whetstone for refined processing. The back surface can stick adhesive tape abrasive cloth or normal abrasive cloth for rough grinding (the abrasive cloth should be purchased by the user). When refined processing, grinding method adopts eccentric rotation, the grinding lubrication cooling liquid can be reversed automatically. The force of grinding has flexibly auto stretch adjustment function to ensure the correct position of working center. Cooling oil is not needed when using abrasive cloth to grind.
