Surface Grinding Machine
Features
The vertical shaft rotary table grinders grinds the machine parts with the end face of the emery wheel. It is an officient, precission and stable machine tool.
The series of these machine tools have been improved greatly in rigidity of the bed and grinder head. The three-point adjustment has been adopted and its mechanism is compact. The bench is a round, strong electromagnetic chuck, the magnetic force of which is smooth and discharging of the magnetic force is through the controlled silicon. It has also the characteristic of coolent purifying equipment.
The series of the machine tools are principally used to grind the semifinished product and general precise larger parts. Therefore, the grinder is especially suited for the factories of metolugies, automobiles, tractors, machine tools and bearings, etc., to grind the larger scaled parts.
