BCD series is with metal cobalt bond PCD die blanks for drawing wire, there are five grain sizes abailable from 3 to 50 microns. Two types of blanks can be supplied: one is self-supported and comes with a round or hexagonal shape, while the other is supported by tungsten carbide and can, hence, withstand greater drawing forces.
BCD series can always be trusted, it could get excellent polishing quality, producing wire with flawless surface finish. No matter what kinds of materials (tungsten, nolybdenum, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, nickel and their alloys, etc) are drawn, you can always find equal PCD blanks.
