12000rpm high speed spindle and Fanuc 18i CNC control system, perfect match for high precision mold machining.

Double column plus rigid machine base with three points support.

Computer analyzed casting structure ensures highest standard of machine stability.

High rigid base, columns, headstock for heavy-duty machining.

3 axes ball-screws and servomotors are coupled directly. Hollowed ball-screws with center oil cooling.

Oil cooling spindle is coupled with spindle motor, low vibration and deformation.

Tool change time, T to T: 2 seconds, C to C: 4.5 seconds.
