The Black Aluminium Oxide Abrasive

   The Black Aluminium Oxide Abrasive ( Lower Aluminium Oxide Abrasive) is a new type abrasive material for polishing various metal works. It is electrical fused in an arc furnace from aluminium oxide as raw material.
  “Kebiao” Black Aluminium Oxide Abrasive is featured with high hardness, strong tenacity, good self-sharpening, better cohesiseness, higher durability, less heat generated in grinding and giving the metal works high finish, less power weakened in grinding. It is mostly used in grinding and polishing stainless steel, metal works, optical glass, bamboo or articles. And it is also the new grinding material of producing colophony grinding wheels, slice, and emery cloth. The product can enhance the work efficiency by 2.5 times and glabrous degree by 1.5 times in polishing than other grinding materials. “Kebiao” Black Aluminium Abrasive is produced according to JB3629-84 and GB 2477-83 standard. It is passed and appraised by China Abrasive and Grinding Tool Research Institute, Zhejiang University and the Test Center of Geological Bureau, the quality is agreeable to JB/GQT-6006-86 and the international advanced standard.
