Tin Stripping Machine

Specification : DRY

Conveyor system:

  • AC dive- 1 HP
  • AC geared motor 0.5 HP for conveyor drive shaft
  • SS-316 conveyor rods and shaft
  • PP discsPE-UHMW spur gears & bevel gears and side holders for longer life
  • One set of neoprene rubber rollers at entry and exit of each chamber for controlling carry over.
  • Digital conveyor speed control
  • Maximum conveyor speed 6 mtrs. per minute
Spray system - Tin stripping chamber:
  • 7.5 HP x 1 vertical glandless pump for stripping chamber having
  • AC motor with SS main shaft & PP impeller
  • 8 top8 bottom spray bars with 8/7 nozzle arrangement with flat spray nozzles
  • Separate pressure gauges for top and bottom spray system
  • Sump capacity- 300 ltrs.
  • 3 KW x 2 SS heaters controlled by digital temperatures control
  • Double mesh filter in the sump before pump jet
Water rinse system:
  • 1 HP vertical pump for each circulating rinse
  • 2 top 2 bottom spray bars in fresh water rinse
  • Fan type nozzles in water rinse chambers
  • Double mesh filter in each circulating water rinse
  • Low level float switch in circulating rinse
Squeezing and drying:
  • 2 top 2 bottom PVA sponge rollers in squeezing
