Improve the retro-reflection property of the road marking paint. When driving at night, the headlights flash on
1. Use the material with the similar refraction ratio to the glass beads' in order to protect the glass beads' retro-reflection property.
2. The normal glass beads will be wrapped with water film in rainy days and foggy days, so the reflective effect will be affected, but the coated glass beads may have obvious improvement on this problem.
3. The fluidity debase significantly if the glass beads are damped, which could cause glass beads accumulation in the dispenser. The coated glass beads can avoid accumulations in the dispenser, which may affect the construction efficiency.
4. Particular coupling agent in the coated glass beads can improve the adhesion between the glass beads and the paint.
5. Small glass beads will not deposit in the paint.
6. After the filming coating, the strong polar group on the surface of the glass beads change into nonpolar group, which can reduce the dust in the air absorbed on the surface of the glass beads.
