Diamond drill bits and reaming shells are produced by low-temperature electroplating, this technology avoids the thermal injury of diamonds during manufacturing process so the performances of diamonds are not affected and the matrix is more stable, which leads to reliable performances of the products. These drill bits and reaming shells are excellent for complete rocks and concrete and have been widely used for engineering reconnaissance, grouting and grounding processing. Compared to PCD reaming shells produced by hot press sintering, the monocrystal diamonds of electroplated reaming shells can break the rocks which helps speed up the drilling in hard and very hard rocks.
