YE7232A WORM WHEEL GEAR GRINDING MACHINE
 The machine works on the continuous generating principle, like "gear hobbing". This method is the most efficient among the traditional methods. For example, it only takes 3 minutes to grind an automobile gear with medium size.
Fully automatic grinding cycle can be run on this machine. During the grinding process, when transfer from roughing to finishing or roughing to roughing,the workpiece is shifted across the grinding wheel, the new grinding worm flanks enter into mesh with the workpiece to guarantee the accuracy and the uniform quality of one batch of one batch of workpieces.
