Adopts Φ 540mm high efficient polishing head with high polishing efficient. The high speed polishing head adopt the compound processing theory rotating and revolution,which has a big polishing quantity and fast slag off to e1- iminate the rough grinding marks. Long swinging abrasive stone,the contacting mode between abrasive stone and product is line contacting with good cooling and rubbing condition..
●Special structure of double cross beam swinging.Double cylinder structure is adopted on the upper part of the head, working pressure is up to 0.4Mpa.
●Adopts PLC control and the swinging of cross beam is controlled by frequency converter.The surface gross is adjustable.
●Main transmission adopts frequency converter and has the protection device of overlap and lack of tiles.
