Function Principle
This product is used to detect the Oxide scale accumulation in stainless steel pipes in a rapid and efficient manner, so as to help avoid the explosion caused by the severe accumulation of Oxide scale in pipes. It provides valid data about overall oxidation and corrosion of the Oxide scale on heating surface of the stainless steel pipes. It can also be used for retrieving ferromagnetic foreign objects inside the stainless steel pipe, such as iron scarp and metal wire.

1. It is powered by Li battery; it is light, portable, and suitable for working aloft and field operation.
2. This high-sensitivity detector can accurately reflect the small changes about the amount of Oxide scale in the pipe.
3. Besides Oxide scale, other ferromagnetic objects are also on the list.
4. It can accurately detect the thickness of Oxide scaleinside austenitic stainless steel pipe.
