DIAMOND CUTTING WIRE

We specialize in manufacturing diamond wire in various sizes, lengths and bonds. This wire is generally used in profiling applications to large quarrying activities.

Asahi Diamond also offers ancillary tooling to suit the wire such as crimping tools and wire joiners.

The diamond wire can be supplied with bead lengths up to 7mm and 11.5mm diameter, they can be manufactured using different matrix configurations and types, they come in standard sintered or electroplated beads and wire lengths up to customer requirements

The spacing collars can also be nominated to be supplied in either rubber or plastic.
