1.Product Description
1)Product Features:
National patent products, exclusive of non-metallic binder CBN inserts, to solve the cubic boron nitride inserts hard and brittle defects, according to high hardness cast iron / steel castings and other short iron filings materials research and develop, with high hardness and good impact resistance. BN-KI cutting tool can withstand large margin heavy load roughing high hardness cast iron parts, such as high-chromium alloys, nickel-chromium alloy, chilled cast iron, white cast iron. When processing such a high hardness casting blank surface, encountered casting trachoma, slag, porosity, "ladle sand" etc., interrupted cutting knife does not collapse, not fragmentation. Recommended for high hardness and heat resistant wear resistant castings processing, pull shortage rough turning etc.
2)Suitable processing fields:
Metallurgical Roll, industrial pumps, cement machinery, electrical equipment, mining machinery large wear resistant castings, such as high manganese steel, high-chrome cast iron, white cast iron etc..
