Our PCD is made of high quality diamond powder subjected to UHP high-temperature sintering (60,000 atmosphere, 1400-1600℃).With cobalt, nickel or their alloy as sintering aid, this PCD features a microstructure in a rigid frame created through direct bonding of diamond grains. With an abrasion ratio 5-20 times that of silicon-based bond PCD, this PCD is highly wear-resistant and particularly suitable for drawing die and wear-resistant tools. 
Normally, the diamond grain size of PCD is 1-40μm which can be selected based on various purposes. PCD with smaller grain size is used for tool to enhance the machining finish; the PCD with larger grain size would contribute to relatively long service life.
