This wood cutting cnc router machine with vacuum suction table, easy to hold workpiece like MDF board. 1300x2500mm work area for standard 4x8 feet MDF panel cutting. 
 
CNC Wood Cutting Machine Features: 
1. This MDF wood cutting machine is convenient for the user to fix the materials by vacuum suction. Great suction power holds the MDF wood or other cutting materials tightly. 
2. Whole wood cutting machine is welded with seamless steel structure and is processed by high temperature tempering treatment and vibrating stress relief (VSR) to relief residual stress. The stability is excellent, not easy to be deformed. 
3. The machine adopts gantry movement, it can process any kinds of materials freely. 
4. X and Y axes adopt rack gear and Hiwin square guiding rail transmission, faster working, higher efficiency and low cost. 
5. Z axis adopts imported ball-screw and imported linear orbit, stable working, high precision and long life time. 
6. Well compatibility: CAD/DAM designing software e.g. Type 3/Artcam/Castmate/Wentai etc. 
7. This MDF cutting machinery has the function of re-carving after break point and power failure. 
8. Has the function of forecasting process time. 
9. The MDF cutter machine adopting advanced DSP handle control system, easy to use, convenient operation. 
10. Perfect oil-inject system makes maintenance much easier. 
11. Powerful air cooling spindle, it can cut different hardness and thickness materials.
