CA70-G is produced by fusing selected raw material in Special furnace. After cooling, the clinker is ground using ball mills.
CA70G is developed for use in highly sophisticated Refractory castables.CA70-G is a very reactive, light grey calcium aluminate cement that combines the high content of the reactive mono calcium aluminate (CA) phase with an optimized particle size distribution and specific surface area. It does not contain any additives. Hecheng Refractories provides customers increased flexibility for the formulation of advanced refractory catables. The use of CA70-G makes it possible to design castable formulations with lower cement content thus maximizing CO resistance and high temperature performance.
CA70G is recommended for: RCC,MCC,LCC,ULCC.
