Introduction:
Flap discs consist of a series of coated abrasive flaps bonded onto the top surface of a disc. A series of flaps made of abrasive cloth are attached to a semi-rigid fiberglass backing in a fan-like arrangement.

Safety Guide:
1. Do not start grinding before the machine runs at max. RPM;
2. Do not force the flap disc/cup wheel with the side into the grinding zone or into sharp contours or welds, to avoid catching or jamming of the flaps;
3. Avoid plunge grinding, cutting or wet grinding with flap disc/cup wheel.
